No Shows and Cancellations

I understand that life happens, but kindly ask you give me a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the groom and this will be payable before re-booking.

Late Drop off/Collection

If you are running more than 15 mins late, you may have to reschedule your appointment. Please call as soon as possible. Also, if you're running late for collection, please let me know and I'll do my best to work with you—but as much as I love dogs, I can’t offer a sitting service!

Matted Dogs

In accordance with the Animal Welfare Act 2016, a fully matted dog will be clipped off. This is kinder to the dog, allows for the hair to grow back nicely and start again with a manageable grooming schedule. I am here to help you manage your dog's hair and am very happy to show you how to correctly care for their coat.

There may be an extra charge to remove a manageable amount of matting – your dog's welfare is at the heart of every groom and this will be discussed with you before you leave them.
